OnCourse is a full featured Learning Management System (LMS) developed by Lightspeed Learning that has unique team management
capabilities. Originally designed to provide an online training management component to our Team
Tools Interactive product, OnCourse has evolved and expanded into an AICC and SCORM compliant LMS. OnCourse provides the usual training registration, tracking and
management features found in other LMS’s and provides a unique set of team features including, a 360 degree assessment service to provide results to Team Leaders, an
offline mode that accommodates virtual and mobile learners, the ability to launch local executables, and it can be utilized through a LAN or the Internet.
